Principal

Andy Tran, Chief Technologist, contributes 25 years of “real-life” IT expertise to Alliance Integrated Technology, heading technical teams that have implemented large scale SANs and many PetaBytes of data storage.  His expertise in Supercomputing and High Performance Computing (HPC) has been instrumental in delivering cost efficient IT solutions to our customers.

Mr. Tran’s expertise is working with venture capitalist and startups.  He helped formed Adforce which was eventually sold to CMGI for $750M. He has also worked for commercial companies such as SGI, has made significant contributions as a scientist to JPL/NASA, and was the Chief Technology Officer for Pacific Title and Art Studios, a well established and successful 90-year old company.  Under Andy’s direction, this media and entertainment company was transferred into the new digital world.  Andy has been featured in many publications, including Post Magazine, Search Storage.com, EWeekly.com, Technology Target, and Enterprise Storage Magazine.  Mr. Tran holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Leading IT Infrastructure Integrator Elects An MD To Its Board of Directors

Dat Tran, MD is the founder of Premiere Physicians Inc, a leading hospitalist group in the Phoenix area. In addition, he is a founder of Multi Specialty Physicians PC, a Phoenix based primary care group with sub-specialists. Dr. Tran has been Chief of Medicine for the following hospitals: West Valley Regional Medical Center, Havasu Regional Medical Center, and Cancer Treatment Center of America. Dr. Tran remains active on many hospitals including Banner Del Webb hospital, Banner Boswell hospital, Banner Estrella Medical Center, and Cancer Treatment Cancer of America. He is director of utilization department at Kindred Hospital, a long-term acute hospital. In addition, he also Associate Medical Director for Odyssey Hospice, a national organization that provide care to those with terminal illnesses. Consumers Research Council of America has elected Dr. Tran as America’s Top Physicians in 2009 and 2010.

Dr. Dat Tran completed his undergraduate B.S. Biology degree at the University of California, Irvine in 1996, and then received his Internal Medicine training at the Maricopa Medical Center, Phoenix Arizona. He also attended the University of Phoenix for his Masters in Business Administration-Health Care Management. Dr. Tran is Board Certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is also a Member of the American College of Physicians.

In addition, Dr. Tran is a Board Director for the Arizona State Physicians Association. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Midwestern University - Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Clinical Professor of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was Chief Associate - Northern Region of Arizona Associate's Council for the Arizona Chapter of the American College of Physicians (ACP-ASIM). He previously served on the board for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Currently, he served as chairman for Beyond Tomorrow Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving unprivileged kids seeking higher education.

AllianceIT Promotes A Familiar Face Dr. Victor Taylor In Leadership Role

Dr. Victor Taylor has extensive experience in the areas of large scale computing, machine learning, and signal processing.  He has held research, engineering and management positions at MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory; NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory; the Japanese space agency (JAXA); Applied Curiosity, LLC; Adforce-IMGIS; ZonitID Corporation; SmartLocus, Inc.; and Pleiades Research Corporation.  His interests and background lie in the hardware, software, network and algorithm synergies required to successfully implement secure and useful distributed processing and storage environments.  Over the past 15 years, Victor has also been involved in numerous technology startups that aimed to seamlessly bring high-end computing and signal processing applications to the corporate and consumer markets.

Victor has completed a PhD in Computer Science from the Polish National Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, Poland and he currently holds an MS and BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.  He has also studied at the University of Tokyo in the area of Applied Physics.
